Leather Care

Leather is a natural product therefore natural markings are unique characteristics of your product. It is designed to age with wear, and will soften with use. Treat your leather product with love and care. Clean and moisturise with a cream based leather cleaner that can be found at your local shoe repairer. To care for your NIZETI product, store in the care bag provided in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight and avoid overfilling.

Direct deposit, Paypal or Credit Card (Our secure Paypal gateway accepts Visa and Mastercard credit card payments without a Paypal account).

 

Delivery

A flat rate of AU $5.00 postage applies to all orders under $100 made through our website within Australia. For orders over $100 postage within Australia is free. We deliver by Australia Post and a signature is required on delivery. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, an Australia Post parcel pick-up card will be left for you to collect your order from your nearest Post Office at your earliest convenience. Please allow 3-7 working days for delivery. 

 

Returns & Exchanges 

Returns or exchanges are accepted for goods received within 15 working days of the original purchase date. Items not received within this period will not be accepted for return or exchange. Items must be in original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.

For any exchange or return request, please email sales@nizeti.com with your name, contact number and order number. Please ensure that you outline the cause for your return/exchange request. A NIZETI representative will contact you with instructions for returning the product. Once the items have been received and deemed to be of original condition you will be notified with further information.

Please note that for all refunds (excluding faulty items); the total amount refunded will not include any shipping costs. All refund transactions will be made through the original purchase payment method. All items being returned or exchanged MUST be sent via registered or express post as these have tracking numbers which can be verified. Please retain the tracking number as for proof of return and for insurance and tracking purposes. Returns sent without registered post or without a tracking number may be void.

If you find a fault please notify Nizeti as soon as possible by emailing sales@nizeti.com. If it is found to be a manufacturing fault we are happy to exchange, refund or repair the item.

When you contact us via the website or email NIZETI we collect information such as your name and e-mail. To process and fulfill your orders online, you will also be asked to provide us with your shipping address, telephone number, credit card number and expiration date. We do not have access to your credit card details as all credit card transactions are processed by Paypal. Telephone and shipping address details will be kept on hand for all account related transactions.

NIZETI.com also collects e-mail addresses at checkout so that we can send you any necessary e-mail messages related to your order – such as an order confirmation notice. We may also use your email address to keep you updated with new and exciting products and sales.

NIZETI.com will not rent or sell your e-mail address or any personal information for any reason, unless required to by law. You may at any time request that you be removed from our mailing list. To do so, please send an email message to sales@nizeti.com and we will happily delete your details as per your request.

Our secure Paypal gateway accepts Visa and Mastercard credit card payments. Alternatively a PayPal account can also be used to make payment.

Customers must provide payment details that are their own, must be valid and correct. If information is found to be false or incorrect, orders will be cancelled immediately. Nizeti uses PayPal to process Credit card payments, as such any payments using PayPal must be done in accordance with the PayPal terms of service.

Products are represented as accurately as possible on the NIZETI website, however colours may vary due to computer monitor types and settings. NIZETI does not guarantee the accuracy of these images, graphics and/or photograph representation on individual computer monitors. NIZETI does not warrant that any ‘measurements’ stated in relation to any products conform to any particular standard. The ‘measurements’ are provided as a guide only and should be treated as such.

As an online retailer, Nizeti.com reserves the right to cancel any orders (whole or parts). If an order is cancelled for any reason, you will be notified as soon as possible and refunded the correct amount accordingly. All orders placed through our website are subject to availability. After you’ve place your order, an e-mail confirmation including an order number, will be sent to the e-mail address provided. Once your payment has been approved, your item will be packed and dispatched and you will be notified by e-mail.
