Leather Care
Leather is a natural product therefore natural markings are unique characteristics of your product. It is designed to age with wear, and will soften with use. Treat your leather product with love and care. Clean and moisturise with a cream based leather cleaner that can be found at your local shoe repairer. To care for your NIZETI product, store in the care bag provided in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight and avoid overfilling.

Direct deposit, Paypal or Credit Card (Our secure Paypal gateway accepts Visa and Mastercard credit card payments without a Paypal account).
Delivery
We offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders through our website within Australia. We deliver by Australia Post & Fastway Couriers with a signature required on delivery.
We will notify you of the tracking details for your shipment once your item has been shipped.
If no one is home to receive the order and delivery is being made by Australia Post, they will leave a card outlining that they have attempted delivery and you will be able to collect it from the nearest Post Office.
If a delivery is being made by Fastway couriers, a card will be left with the driver's contact number and you can arrange another attempt of delivery.
Please allow 2 - 7 working days for delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted for goods received within 15 working days of the original purchase date. Items not received within this period will not be accepted for return or exchange. Items must be in original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.
For any exchange or return request, please email sales@nizeti.com with your name, contact number and order number. Please ensure that you outline the cause for your return/exchange request. A NIZETI representative will contact you with instructions for returning the product. Once the items have been received and deemed to be of original condition you will be notified with further information.
Please note that for all refunds (excluding faulty items); the total amount refunded will not include any shipping costs. All refund transactions will be made through the original purchase payment method. All items being returned or exchanged MUST be sent via registered or express post as these have tracking numbers which can be verified. Please retain the tracking number as for proof of return and for insurance and tracking purposes. Returns sent without registered post or without a tracking number may be void.
If you find a fault please notify Nizeti as soon as possible by emailing sales@nizeti.com. If it is found to be a manufacturing fault we are happy to exchange, refund or repair the item.
